Sunday Morning Bible Studies

Our main adult curriculum is the "Explore the Bible" series produced by Lifeway.

Current classes that use this study are:

Kings Men

The Koinonia Sunday School Class

(κοινωνία, which means communion, joint participation; It identifies the idealized state of fellowship and unity that should exist within the Christian church, the Body of Christ)

We utilize the Bible, the Inerrant, Infallible, and Inspired Word of God as our primary text. We strive for open, teacher led, group discussion focusing on relevant topics that our class members deal with. New people can join this class at any time and can easily plug into the current study. Outreach through horizontal and vertical relationship building is a primary focus for our class. Please stop by and visit us and see if this is where GOD wants you to grow!

Truthseekers Sunday School Class

The Truthseekers is a COED Adult Bible Fellowship that consists of Singles, Married Couples, Married Couples with small children, and Married Couples whose children are out of college. Our Mission is to be a class that continually strives for a stronger personal relationship with Christ, each other, other members of Eastridge Baptist Church, and the Community of Red Oak, Texas. Furthermore, we desire to become Believers who have a strong knowledge of the inerrant and infallible Word of God, Minister to the lost in our Community, meet the needs of each other and our Church, and grow together through regular Fellowship. We take a linear study approach of the Books of the Bible as we read and discuss the Word of God. We grow and learn through questions and discussion about the Text we are reading and how God’s Word is applicable to our lives today. Currently (August 2013), our class is working through 1st Peter. Upon completion of that study, we will be moving to the Book of Exodus. All are welcome to be a part of our class and our study of God’s Word.
